Orion found and kept a needle and thread in his search. He wished for more time savaging, but he was out of time. Sweeping over to the woman, he grabbed a bottle of iodine. He roughly pushed her head to the side to expose the wound he'd made and dumped a good solid stream of iodine over it. While he didn't expect her to live and didn't truly care if she did, it was ingrained in him to sterilize everything. That said he did the same to the needle and stitching thread. He'd just pushed the needle through the skin in his first stitch when a marine came back in with one of the bodies he'd dropped closer to the marine building. One he had no intention of wasting his time on. “Set them on the floor.” He instructed and was amused when the marine just took his order, put the body down and scampered back out to continue to try and help.
A few moments, a couple stitches, and the woman was as patched up as he was willing to expand the effort for. If he were honest, it wasn't the best work. It wasn't even his best work. Shoddy at best. To be fair, she wasn't paying him. Orion moved to the man who had been left on the ground and checked what he already expected. He was breathing, but not for long. Maybe he could be saved, by a lot of effort and supplies. Instead of expending that effort, Orion opened the door and wandered further into the marine building. He doubted he'd find anything of any greater value to him then the medication he'd already stolen but he wasn't about to pass up the opportunity to check. He moved with purposeful strides. If he was seen it would be better if he looked like he was supposed to be there and had somewhere to be.
The marine facing off against Rina frowned at her refusal. He didn't fancy fighting her, but he wasn't about to let her simply get away with attacking a street full of people. He knew his partner was close, out in the crowd. It was also true that with the panic around them, it would be very hard to find the other marine much less be heard. He set his jaw, determined. This is why he became a marine, to protect the law and the people from crazy and violent pirates. “Drop your weapon, pirate. I will stop your rampage.” He waited a moment for her to comply, fully expecting her not to as he hadn't waited long before coming at her with an overhand swing, the sword aimed to come down on her from above. While he had pulled this move off beautifully in practice many times, the fact that it was a living being under his sword made him slower, hesitant.
