Crossing Tides: Wail of Misfortune (Open RP)

Luna tilted her head at the request her eerie teal eyes scanning the scene before her before she smiled softly. "Forgive me, I have just arrived here and have yet to find my way around." She explained before getting an idea. "Oh I know, Sora that young man Kai was another Marine, could you find him?" Sora cooed and stood tall, proud that he could do something Luna couldn't. "That is good, would you mind bringing him a letter?" Even as she asked she was using a scrap piece of paper and a pen to write down her location and what was needed. The seagull protested and looked away stubbornly. "Please Sora? It so fun to watch everything." She giggled and held up the folded paper. With a glare the bird snatched the paper from her hand and flew into the air, making sure to blast Luna with a powerful gust of wind. Luna turned back to the bounty hunter. "You request has been accomplished, Sora is very good at delivering messages." She half chuckled, pleased with her inside joke.

Looking down at the woman with an annoyed expression on his face, Kyoshiro merely shook his head and spoke bluntly letting his emotion show that he was indeed growing irritated at this woman's panic attack. This all while reaching down to grab ahold of her and throw her over his shoulder, the hint of seastone in his body would be doing a small and hardly noticeable number against her powers.

"Quiet yourself you annoying harlot, if me or my pack had any intention of killing you than you would have already met your fate. No in fact I have no interest in you if you don't have a bounty.. though I can sense the devils powers running through your veins.. one day this will put you on my list if you keep down this path. For now though I will take you to the docks and we will check if you have a bounty, if you don't then you will be free to go."

It was only moments after that he would have thrown her over his shoulder that he would have started walking towards the docks, the two wolves Ryka and Talon following closely behind and keeping an eye on the woman who would have been facing them several feet off the ground. Kyoshiros body would have been cold, almost like ice and the feeling that his sword would have been giving off would be even more present and powerful as she would have been almost literally on top of the source it self. Thoughts of knocking this woman out crossed his mind but he wouldn't go to that measure just yet, not unless she didn't calm herself or at least shut up.

Kyoshiro would stop dead in his tracks as the woman finished with what she was saying, the mention of this person breaking out of an asylum in a "violent" manner would under normal circumstances warrant a bounty, the fact she hadn't been caught or that the bounty was never issued was curious in its own right but that was far from the most prominent thing that came from his lips and to his ears. He could sense.. almost smell the Devil Fruit powers in her veins (not literally) but the moment she stated she was the wielder of a Mythical Devil Fruit no less.. oh that was a bad move indeed. See the Howling Banshee Guild is seasoned in hunting and killing Devil Fruit users as a whole and though most mainly do it for sport, some hold a grudge that fuels them in their hunt, although it may be that none in the whole guild or perhaps even the entire world possess a hatred for their kind that would match Kyoshiro's. With the two wolves backing up behind the woman on each side, Kyoshiro would quickly turn around and draw the lone sword at his him, one of the legendary black blades known as Ichidaime Kitetsu (The First Hand of The Demon). As it was pulled from its sheath, the previously unsettling feeling that came from it would grow exponentially to the point that the katana styled sword could have been sitting alone behind a shatterproof glass case and it would have still seemed to be threatening her very life, even more so in the hands of not just its wielder but its creator none the less. It only took a second before the tip of the blade found itself only half an inch away from the woman's neck, Kyoshiros eyes looked dead on her as his annoyed expression turned to that of utter hatred.

"You obviously do not know who you are speaking to, you obviously do not know what you are in. The Wild Hunt is designed to hunt down and capture any person who possess a bounty in a town, a wide scale purge of the unlawful and can only be initiated by the Howling Banshee Guild, my guild. Do you know what we specialize in? Hunting Devil Fruit users. I train my men and give them the tools to hunt down and kill ALL Devil Fruit users who possess a bounty whether that be for pleasure, sport, or whatever suits them. Now I don't know how you got away without getting a bounty.. but that may be the only thing this day that spares your life this day fore I am the absolute LAST person you wanted to say any of that too."

His words were cold, harsh, and filled with a hate so pure that it's fire could be seen in his metallic eyes. Without giving her to much time to react to his words he would let just the very tip of his blade touch her neck just enough to barely leave even a paper cut, if this did happen then she would feel every trace of fruits existence leave her body in seconds, taking all power and weakness with it and leaving as she was before she had ever touched the fruit, seemingly purely a normal human (effect lasts 3 turns). Then with a quick re-sheath Kyoshiro would make a spin and launch a single kick at her stomach, not enough to kill the woman not anywhere close, instead just enough to send her hurling down the street about 20 meters assuming it connected though the speed of this attack would leave virtually no time for reaction. After he had his foot back in the ground he would stare at her one last time and say some final parting words that would almost surely stick with her the rest of her life before turning away and walking back to the dock with his wolves following closely behind.

"I suggest you run woman.. run far and run fast.. never stop, because the next time you cross paths with my sword.. it will remove your head from your shoulders, bounty or not. I promise you that."

Jacqueline smacks her forehead in absolute frustration at how she just blurted out to a bounty hunter that she has Devil Fruit powers as she starts to feel the voices slowly crawling at her sanity, the powers of this man's sword causing the very Devil Fruit powers that were making her sane slowly seeping away. Before she can react, the cyborg man in front of her just moves faster then she can react and kicks her a good 20 meters down the street as she starts to furiously try to regain her sanity but is clearly losing, as she starts to laugh like a homicidally insane maniac.

"Please... hahahhahaha Put ... the ... swor..... BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA OH FUCK what happened to your lower jaw, did your mother fuck a laptop and give birth to you? OR is your mother a toaster?"

Jacqueline asks desperately as her face all but cracks in abject horror and psychotic glee as she feels the last vestiges of her sanity go away and her mind descend into the old madness as she feels the urge to find someway to please the voices in her head,... she wonders if this robot man could be fun to 'play with'.

Without skipping a beat or flinching even in the slightest, Kyoshiro looked over to his companion and one of the rare few he has ever considered a friend as he walked up to him before looking back towards the docks he was making his way to as he spoke to Shoumetsu, his words showing agitation at this near wasted trip and the woman ticked him off more then he should have let her.

"Your search for those Poneglyphs is gonna get you caught one of these days "pal" and if that makes things difficult for us.. you are gonna have more than just the World Government to worry about and I won't be there to save or help you.. I may just turn you in myself to save the trouble.."

His words would have seemed cold and serious to most as he was kinda lacking in very much sense of humor but if one had known him long enough, they could probably pick out when he was joking and being serious though sometimes he may very well have been both.

"Never the less.. I think we have rounded up all the bounties on this island and I doubt there is anything worth holding for ourselves, go figure. The Guild building here, as you know, was running into the ground.. we are gonna give all of todays haul but we wont be coming back here to help them anymore.. its truly insulting to see how weak they have become, they are lucky they caught me in a good a mood."

In truth it would have been difficult to tell if he was in a good mood or bad mood on even his best days, even more so now as he had been ticked off from the womans outburst just a few minutes prior. It was then that he had seen the odd young man humming to himself, a few barrels of water stirring in place and the puddles around his feet seeming to dance to his music. Kyoshiro's intimidating glare locked onto the man, though not using his haki even in the slightest, having locked eyes with Kyoshiro would send even the most burly grown men running or pissing themselves as he seemed to have an almost permanent scowl on his face that reeked of hatred. Even the few people who saw Kyoshiro's brief stare at the man seemed to stray away from them both as hoping not to get involved on any level with either of them if Kyoshiro had taken an interest in the boy. However this moment of eye contact would be short lived even though it would have seemed to happen in slow motion and Kyoshiro instead decided to head further into the docks with his two wolves clad in some form of light metal armor following closely behind.

"Shou, make sure the crew surrenders the bounties to the Guild Hall in this town.. every last berri, after that have everyone return to the ship. We will be leaving in the next few hours."

Kyoshiro listened to Shoumetsu's words but gave no reply, not even a hint of caring as to what his second in command was saying, and he paid the same care to the one behind them shouting about what may have been a bargain for a free ride. Instead Kyoshiro had made his way to the long boat he had arrived on, both of his wolves hoping on with him as he sat in the back and pat one on the head before two of his hunters hopped in and started rowing their way back to the ship, at the same time a large number of the other hunters who were left on the docks made their way to their boats as well, leaving a small handful of to hang around with Shoumetsu in order to collect the bounties they had captured, turning in head after head of their living profit to the highest ranked Marine official there, coming up with a total of about 32 bounties needing be collected. The Marine had his men take the pirates and civilian criminals to the local jail to await being transferred to New Impel Down later on, with each head came a new some of cash and by the time all had been collected 175.000.000 berri, all of which would find its way to the Full Moon Bar & Inn on the opposite end of town in order to go towards refilling their ranks and armory so to better collect the bounties they need to hold the place down.

By the time all this had been done and the few people who were taking the cash to the bar on their way back, Kyoshiro would have already stepped just on board, 5 of the other 23 wolves he had on board his ship greeting him as he climbed up over the railing. The crew chatting away as they waited for the others to rejoin them and set sail to their next destination, some of the crew were sparring against each other in the large circular ring in the middle of the ship, a means of entertainment as well as a way of gambling for them. From then on Kyoshiro made his way back to where he normally would be found, near the back of the ship to rest, meditate, and quell his anger that had been sparked earlier, his wolves having their armor removed by the crew before running off to play or laze around on their own or with Kyoshiro or another crew member.
