Level 90: The slime-like substance will cause mania, depression, bipolarity, extreme hallucinations and many other unpredictable effects on her opponents, bordering real mental disorders.
Level 100: The slime-like substance will now only cause a single mental illness, but it will be as strong as a genetic one, lasting through 5 posts and messing her opponents up severely.
Level 110: She can now inflict two full mental disorders.
Level 120: Three mental disorders.
Level 130: Four mental disorders for 6 posts.
Level 140: Five mental disorders. Just smelling her slime-like substance will cause effects equivalent to half her level. Her slime-like substance can be smelled from a 10 meter radius around it, although animals, zoan users or enhanced humans can smell it from afar.
Level 150: 7 posts. Her slime-like substance's smell can be smelt from a 25 meter radius. The disorders inflicted are more severe than real ones, if only slightly.
For every 10 levels her opponent is above her, her slime-like substance's effect goes down as if she was 10 levels lower, only when interacting with said opponent. So say she is level 50, and her opponent is level 100: He would be utterly immune to her powers. And it´s the same way backwards: If she was level 100, and her opponent level 50, she would inflict the full Level 150 mental disorders on her opponent. However, the time limit (posts) remains unchanged.
-Hybrid Form: She can turn into a Human-Cthulhu hybrid.
In this form, the user's body resembles a human in basic body structure, but taller and much more slender. The user's skin's pigment drastically changes to become a dark sickly green and their body is coated in a thin film of mucus, while staying smooth and completely hairless, with a tall, sloping cranium, two roughly-humanoid eyes, and four long, coiling tendrils concealing an alien mouth that would look more at home on a lamprey.
-Cthulhu Form:
In this form her skin's pigment drastically changes to become a dark sickly green, that is perpetually covered a thin film of mucus-like slime, while also taking on a very smooth in texture and losing all the hair on her body. Her head morphs, giving her a tall, sloping cranium that grows in size as her brain seemingly grows 2 entire lobes to better augment her insanity inducing powers and to add a sense of something fundamentally wrong.
The user's face grows an extra 18 coiling tendrils, each of them growing to a max length of 5 feet in length with all of them covered in octopus-like suckers that allow the user to grab onto things with them. The user's face and tongue morphs into some fiendish facade of a human's as the user's upper face becomes covered in asymmetrically placed eyes, some of them bearing no fewer than 2 pupils, but no more than 5 pupils to a single eyeball. The user's mouth remains relatively the same, with the only exception being the user's tongue. The tongue mutates to a point that it's more akin to an eldritch looking squid-like creature, given it ends in spiked tendrils that can be used to drag its prey into the user's mouth. Her head now bearing a slight but notable resemblance to that of a squid, but is covered with thin ridges that add to her frightening silhouette.
Her tail develops into a form of worm-like creature, with a mouth that consists of a slit on the underside of the head that goes down the length of the worm. The mouth lips separate to reveal hundreds of teeth that can bite through steel.
Her body takes on a very rudimentary anthropomorphic form with a somewhat bloated corpulence, that belie's the true musculature that lies beneath all that mass. Jutting from her shoulder blades are a single set of massive but very rudimentary wings that now adorn her back, these draconic wings are covered with a very eel skin esque membrane, allowing the user to fly great distances with rather little effort. While her arms and legs remain relatively untouched, only gaining the bloated look of the rest of her body but her prodigious claws replace what would be her fingers and toes, while her legs bend in impossible ways till they take on a very digitigraded nature.
The user's anatomy also changes as she grows several new organs, one of which is used to house multiple eel-like jellyfish creatures that the user can shoot from the user's mouth as a means of attack. As the 'larva' are able to possess a being and drive them insanity and under the thrall of the user.
The Devil Fruit´s Strength, Endurance and Stamina Power Ups are doubled from the human form.

History:
Not much is known about this woman as no real records of her past have ever been found by anyone, up until 28 years ago when she was locked up at The Mental Institution on some unnamed island somewhere in the South Blue. The orderlies at the asylum had a lot of theories on where she came from and would gossip up theories all day about her. Some saying she was born to a pair of homeless beggars, who left her to fend for herself when she turned 5 and that the rough-life on the streets drove her to madness. Others say she was born to the jesters in a circus troupe that were a bunch of sociopath, and that her mind never knew a sane day in her life because of what her parents would do to their victims as they made her watch. None of these were true however, as even the woman herself knew not her true story, as own her mind has all but forgotten her past due to her insanity, making it so that she can never remember herself would she to try. She was incarcerated in that asylum because of the ungodly brutal and hellish butcher of an entire family, with nothing but a single rubber chicken, having reduced everyone to nothing more but a skinless corpse. The massacre wasn't the reason for her incarceration, but what she did with the flesh as she was using them as puppets to re-enact a story she made up on the spot as she acted as the puppet-master. When the Navy officers arrested her, they found that they couldn't find a single record of her past or even find out her name no matter how much they tortured her. As instead of actually doing anything to break her mind, she was finding the torture utterly hilarious and utter fun, BEGGING them to do some more. They quickly figured out she had never known a sane day in her life, so they shipped her off to the Asylum they would send the truly criminally insane in the South Blue. The Navy officials figured that putting her in a normal jail or even Impel Down would do very little to her, and would like to at least get her in her right mind before they would try to put her in jail.
There she spent the next 28 years, living under the name of Jane Doe. She found the entire place an amusing place to stay, so she enjoyed the entire stay, constantly trying to quiet the voices in her head by pulling pranks on the inhabitants of the island asylum or just having some fun. The orderlies quickly found her being nothing more than a bit of a hassle, but never a VIOLENT inmate unlike some of the more severe inmates that the Navy sends them. As the methods she found to prank the staff or the inmates usually was more along the lines of an insufferable but lighthearted prankster, as one time she spiked all the coffee with marijuana and acid, or the time she stole everyone's pants and underwear. She would do this as she found it hilarious to see, as she LOVED just how easy it for the order of the Asylum would crumple almost instantly as she just filled it with a bit of her chaotic mind.
This went on for her entire stay, though she found the last year of her stay there was getting INCREDIBLY dull, as she had tormented the populace in every conceivable way she could think of and so she started to get bored and the voices started to act up again. As the voices in her head would only show up when she grew tired, like the night she had murdered that one family. So she decided she needed to escape, which she did in her own chaotic way, and very easily as the orderlies had grown lazy in her security as they saw her as nothing more than a prankster. So one night when the orderlies came in to give the woman her nightly medicine, she sprang to live and showed them just why she was there. She launched herself towards the orderly that had walked inside on his own, wrapping her legs around his chest as she clawed at his face in viscous way, before biting his entire left ear off in one move. As the orderly screamed out in pain, BEGGING for some help, she reached up to his neck and made his head do a 180 killing him instantly. She rode his body to the ground, his ear still in her teeth as she spat it at the next orderly to walk into the room before head-butting him in the nuts 4 times in a row, making him all but crumple to the ground and whining like a little school girl. As she ran down the hall, the blinking florescent lights of the hall caused the other orderlies to see her blood-stained and the blood-stained collar of her ripped straitjacket, the orderlies began to see why the Navy deemed it worthy to send her here in the first place. As they realized what this woman must have done overwhelmed them, they started to run in pure terror from her as she was laughing psychopath. She followed them all the way through the building until she found an open window, never one to think first, she jumped out and landed outside the building. As the orderlies tried to catch her, they found that she was to fast and would go in such an impossibly sporadic path, that they lost track of her very quickly through the woods that surrounded the place.
Once she was sure they were gone, the woman cleaned herself up and ripped the straitjacket off and walked into town, letting the scrubs she was wearing underneath be her disguise to the populace. The town folk were nice and never suspected the woman walking down the streets in scrubs was a homicidal psychotic lunatic, as she quickly found her way to the docks of the town. Seeing the mighty ships there, she quickly got an idea so powerful and pure, that some would argue it was the first sane thought she had in her life. She decided to be a pirate and just have a grand ol' adventure full and fun-filled life, somehow knowing the life of a pirate would mean an end to the voices in her head as everyday would be an adventure and fun. She found a rather Schooner named the "Harlequin", which she found to be a fitting name for her ship, so she stole it. It wasn't even that hard as the entire crew was nowhere to be seen and they had seemingly left the ship completely and utterly ready to sail. She couldn't tell if this was fate or just luck, not that she cared for either as she stole it without a single person raising a fuss, and set sail to anywhere the winds would take her no matter what hoping to have a grand time.

Level 100: The slime-like substance will now only cause a single mental illness, but it will be as strong as a genetic one, lasting through 5 posts and messing her opponents up severely.
Level 110: She can now inflict two full mental disorders.
Level 120: Three mental disorders.
Level 130: Four mental disorders for 6 posts.
Level 140: Five mental disorders. Just smelling her slime-like substance will cause effects equivalent to half her level. Her slime-like substance can be smelled from a 10 meter radius around it, although animals, zoan users or enhanced humans can smell it from afar.
Level 150: 7 posts. Her slime-like substance's smell can be smelt from a 25 meter radius. The disorders inflicted are more severe than real ones, if only slightly.
For every 10 levels her opponent is above her, her slime-like substance's effect goes down as if she was 10 levels lower, only when interacting with said opponent. So say she is level 50, and her opponent is level 100: He would be utterly immune to her powers. And it´s the same way backwards: If she was level 100, and her opponent level 50, she would inflict the full Level 150 mental disorders on her opponent. However, the time limit (posts) remains unchanged.
-Hybrid Form: She can turn into a Human-Cthulhu hybrid.
In this form, the user's body resembles a human in basic body structure, but taller and much more slender. The user's skin's pigment drastically changes to become a dark sickly green and their body is coated in a thin film of mucus, while staying smooth and completely hairless, with a tall, sloping cranium, two roughly-humanoid eyes, and four long, coiling tendrils concealing an alien mouth that would look more at home on a lamprey.
-Cthulhu Form:
In this form her skin's pigment drastically changes to become a dark sickly green, that is perpetually covered a thin film of mucus-like slime, while also taking on a very smooth in texture and losing all the hair on her body. Her head morphs, giving her a tall, sloping cranium that grows in size as her brain seemingly grows 2 entire lobes to better augment her insanity inducing powers and to add a sense of something fundamentally wrong.
The user's face grows an extra 18 coiling tendrils, each of them growing to a max length of 5 feet in length with all of them covered in octopus-like suckers that allow the user to grab onto things with them. The user's face and tongue morphs into some fiendish facade of a human's as the user's upper face becomes covered in asymmetrically placed eyes, some of them bearing no fewer than 2 pupils, but no more than 5 pupils to a single eyeball. The user's mouth remains relatively the same, with the only exception being the user's tongue. The tongue mutates to a point that it's more akin to an eldritch looking squid-like creature, given it ends in spiked tendrils that can be used to drag its prey into the user's mouth. Her head now bearing a slight but notable resemblance to that of a squid, but is covered with thin ridges that add to her frightening silhouette.
Her tail develops into a form of worm-like creature, with a mouth that consists of a slit on the underside of the head that goes down the length of the worm. The mouth lips separate to reveal hundreds of teeth that can bite through steel.
Her body takes on a very rudimentary anthropomorphic form with a somewhat bloated corpulence, that belie's the true musculature that lies beneath all that mass. Jutting from her shoulder blades are a single set of massive but very rudimentary wings that now adorn her back, these draconic wings are covered with a very eel skin esque membrane, allowing the user to fly great distances with rather little effort. While her arms and legs remain relatively untouched, only gaining the bloated look of the rest of her body but her prodigious claws replace what would be her fingers and toes, while her legs bend in impossible ways till they take on a very digitigraded nature.
The user's anatomy also changes as she grows several new organs, one of which is used to house multiple eel-like jellyfish creatures that the user can shoot from the user's mouth as a means of attack. As the 'larva' are able to possess a being and drive them insanity and under the thrall of the user.
The Devil Fruit´s Strength, Endurance and Stamina Power Ups are doubled from the human form.
Aptitudes:
- It is difficult for anyone to know what she will do at any given moment, as she is prone to do stuff very randomly for the hell of it. This makes it difficult for most opponents to predict what she will do.

History:
Not much is known about this woman as no real records of her past have ever been found by anyone, up until 28 years ago when she was locked up at The Mental Institution on some unnamed island somewhere in the South Blue. The orderlies at the asylum had a lot of theories on where she came from and would gossip up theories all day about her. Some saying she was born to a pair of homeless beggars, who left her to fend for herself when she turned 5 and that the rough-life on the streets drove her to madness. Others say she was born to the jesters in a circus troupe that were a bunch of sociopath, and that her mind never knew a sane day in her life because of what her parents would do to their victims as they made her watch. None of these were true however, as even the woman herself knew not her true story, as own her mind has all but forgotten her past due to her insanity, making it so that she can never remember herself would she to try. She was incarcerated in that asylum because of the ungodly brutal and hellish butcher of an entire family, with nothing but a single rubber chicken, having reduced everyone to nothing more but a skinless corpse. The massacre wasn't the reason for her incarceration, but what she did with the flesh as she was using them as puppets to re-enact a story she made up on the spot as she acted as the puppet-master. When the Navy officers arrested her, they found that they couldn't find a single record of her past or even find out her name no matter how much they tortured her. As instead of actually doing anything to break her mind, she was finding the torture utterly hilarious and utter fun, BEGGING them to do some more. They quickly figured out she had never known a sane day in her life, so they shipped her off to the Asylum they would send the truly criminally insane in the South Blue. The Navy officials figured that putting her in a normal jail or even Impel Down would do very little to her, and would like to at least get her in her right mind before they would try to put her in jail.
There she spent the next 28 years, living under the name of Jane Doe. She found the entire place an amusing place to stay, so she enjoyed the entire stay, constantly trying to quiet the voices in her head by pulling pranks on the inhabitants of the island asylum or just having some fun. The orderlies quickly found her being nothing more than a bit of a hassle, but never a VIOLENT inmate unlike some of the more severe inmates that the Navy sends them. As the methods she found to prank the staff or the inmates usually was more along the lines of an insufferable but lighthearted prankster, as one time she spiked all the coffee with marijuana and acid, or the time she stole everyone's pants and underwear. She would do this as she found it hilarious to see, as she LOVED just how easy it for the order of the Asylum would crumple almost instantly as she just filled it with a bit of her chaotic mind.
This went on for her entire stay, though she found the last year of her stay there was getting INCREDIBLY dull, as she had tormented the populace in every conceivable way she could think of and so she started to get bored and the voices started to act up again. As the voices in her head would only show up when she grew tired, like the night she had murdered that one family. So she decided she needed to escape, which she did in her own chaotic way, and very easily as the orderlies had grown lazy in her security as they saw her as nothing more than a prankster. So one night when the orderlies came in to give the woman her nightly medicine, she sprang to live and showed them just why she was there. She launched herself towards the orderly that had walked inside on his own, wrapping her legs around his chest as she clawed at his face in viscous way, before biting his entire left ear off in one move. As the orderly screamed out in pain, BEGGING for some help, she reached up to his neck and made his head do a 180 killing him instantly. She rode his body to the ground, his ear still in her teeth as she spat it at the next orderly to walk into the room before head-butting him in the nuts 4 times in a row, making him all but crumple to the ground and whining like a little school girl. As she ran down the hall, the blinking florescent lights of the hall caused the other orderlies to see her blood-stained and the blood-stained collar of her ripped straitjacket, the orderlies began to see why the Navy deemed it worthy to send her here in the first place. As they realized what this woman must have done overwhelmed them, they started to run in pure terror from her as she was laughing psychopath. She followed them all the way through the building until she found an open window, never one to think first, she jumped out and landed outside the building. As the orderlies tried to catch her, they found that she was to fast and would go in such an impossibly sporadic path, that they lost track of her very quickly through the woods that surrounded the place.
Once she was sure they were gone, the woman cleaned herself up and ripped the straitjacket off and walked into town, letting the scrubs she was wearing underneath be her disguise to the populace. The town folk were nice and never suspected the woman walking down the streets in scrubs was a homicidal psychotic lunatic, as she quickly found her way to the docks of the town. Seeing the mighty ships there, she quickly got an idea so powerful and pure, that some would argue it was the first sane thought she had in her life. She decided to be a pirate and just have a grand ol' adventure full and fun-filled life, somehow knowing the life of a pirate would mean an end to the voices in her head as everyday would be an adventure and fun. She found a rather Schooner named the "Harlequin", which she found to be a fitting name for her ship, so she stole it. It wasn't even that hard as the entire crew was nowhere to be seen and they had seemingly left the ship completely and utterly ready to sail. She couldn't tell if this was fate or just luck, not that she cared for either as she stole it without a single person raising a fuss, and set sail to anywhere the winds would take her no matter what hoping to have a grand time.
