Perks
Marines:
-They can buy Seastone legally, or earn it in RPs with a grade of 8 or higher.
-They get free Marine ships as long as they are in a crew, the size and weaponry of the ship depending on the highest ranked member in the crew. The ships have Seastone hulls to navigate safely through Sea King infected seas. However, the crew pays for any damage the ship receives. If they can´t pay up, the consequences may get severe.
-They can learn The Six Powers, except for Life Return and Gun of the Six Kings, and without any big variations (they could use Finger Gun with a staff, but not make a flaming bullet out of flicking their fingers)
-As an army, they get a salary, although it´s the lowest one since it is too large to distribute too much to every soldier. Even the Fleet Admiral earns less than, for example, the Cipher Police Aegis Zero Leader, although it´s not too much of a difference.
Pirates:
-They can pillage, assault, steal, etc and earn large quantities of berri by doing so, in the middle of Moderated RPs or fics.
-They can postulate for the Sea Warlord position, or become a powerful Emperor of the Seas.
Bounty Hunters:
-They get the full bounty from capturing criminals (others get half their bounty).
-They can postulate for the Sea Warlord position
-They can ask the World Government or Marines for Seastone
-They can challenge someone, without any chance for them to decline (except the Revolutionary Army´s faction perk), but always following these rules: The hunter must be of equal or lower level to the person about to be hunted, the hunted one will tell the hunter what the rules of the fight are (except for consequences for losing, that´s up to a user agreement), the combat has a death chance, the hunted one must have a bounty over their heads, and if one of the two surrenders, the other one must accept it and capture the other, without death chance at this point to avoid pointless bloodshed.
Cipher Police:
-They learn The Six Powers just by ranking up in the faction (Kami-E at CP2, Soru and Geppo at CP3, Tekkai at CP4, Shigan at CP5, Rankyaku at CP6)
-They can get Six Powers variations (or Kempos) in Moderated RP, trainings, fics, etc. For example, a Rankyaku in the shape of a needle rain, or being able to move while using Tekkai. Kempos need to be asked for as techniques and approved by a staff member before they can be trained and earned.
-Access to secret facilities, Mariejois (to go to Grand Line), New Impel Down (only the entrance and a circle of hell per every two faction ranks they may have earned), and other such restricted areas, since they work directly for the World Government and thus have some degree of authority.
-May be forgiven for their crimes if they commit any while fulfilling their duty and keeping their true identity secret.
Revolutionaries:
-They have contacts among citizens and can ask for their help or for shelter, weapons (shovels, machetes, pitchforks, etc), information, etc.
-They can get common weapons and items (nothing that portrays something special) for free just by doing a short, 5/10 grade fic or higher, assuming that they get those from contacts.
-In special cases, they may become Sea Warlords.
-They have an easier time finding special items and weapons (-0.5 grade needed to obtain them; doesn´t affect Legendary-grade items or weapons).
-They can run away of 1 per every 4 mandatory challenges (such as getting too much bounty at once or a Bounty Hunter´s special challenge ability)
-They get a 10% extra exp points when they go against the World Government for the most of their threads. (Meaning, if they fight the government at any point, they get the boost as long as the conflict lasts enough. Up to moderator approval)
Citizens:
-They can use their occupations to get a job and earn a living, by making small and simple moderated RPs or fics where they work at their job.
-They can change to another faction at any time without any need for a fic, just letting the staff know and providing a decent reason.
World Government Scientists:
-They are respected and spoiled by the World Government due to their importance.
-Highest salaries of the bunch.
-20% discount on research funds, plus an extra 10% per every faction rank above Assistant, up to 80% for the General Director.
-Access to unique research, such as Devil Fruit-unique research, Haki-unique research, etc. These make the Marine and CP become stronger as well by following your guidelines and research, but could end up filtering to the WG´s enemies.
-Access to almost any restricted zone and a lot of the WG´s dirty secrets.
World Government Wardens:
-They have two branches: New Impel Down Warden and World Government Security Officers.
-They can learn a mid tier of Rokushiki (all the abilities, they have rights for variants, 2 kempos and Life Return)
-Their training methods allow them to become stronger during training. Thus, training is forever open for them to level up, while it's very difficult to level up properly with just a training for other people.
-Extreme salaries, being almost as pampered as Scientists.
-They have access to Mariejois sometimes, since they protect the Celestial Dragons (only the high ranked ones though).
-Access to Impel Down only if they work there as Wardens, and only up to the floor they work in. i.e: A warden in charge of the 3rd floor would be able to roam freely when off duty the 3rd floor and upwards, but not the 4th one.
