Allows the user to become a Fire Dragon, as well as a hybrid between human and such creature. Besides gaining immense strength, endurance and stamina as a feature of these beasts, the user eventually becomes adept at fire-related skills, beginning with the Fire Breathing technique and moving forwards depending on the user´s training and methods. It also allows huge height changes and, for the moment, difficult flight.

Allows the user to become one of the myths of the books of real-life horror lord H.P. Lovecraft, namely Cthulhu. The user becomes able to segregate a certain narcotic that induces severe mental conditions to those who have contact with it. While it may not seem like the most offensive ability ever, it is actually a Devil Fruit fit for long, tiring combats, as each contact made with the liquid will lead to more insanity until the opponent reaches the point of no return. It also allows huge size changes and several augments in strength, endurance and stamina, as most strong creatures do. Finally, it seems to carry a mind-altering ability, making the fruit user´s mental stability reverse entirely: Someone who was crazy would be cured, and a sane person would go mad upon consumption.
