As the name implies, I, Shiro, am currently offering my services as a scientist for anyone within my own faction, or factions that are not inherently at odds with my own (this service, thus, extends to Revolutionaries, Civilians, Pirates who are not warring against the Revolutionary Army, Bounty Hunters who meet the same criteria, and sympathizers of the Revolutionary cause within any other faction. Do note that if such a person from, say, the Marines or Cipher Police attempts to use my creations to do anything that goes against our cause, the Revolutionary Army will be lead in full force against the entire faction and crew of the offender until they have been eradicated. If someone else from a friendly faction goes against our cause, violent measures will still be taken, but it may or may not result in their death depending on certain factors.)
TL;DR: If you would like me to make anything scientist-related for you, such as an A.I, a blueprint for a laser gun, a certain chemical substance, or a certain bio-modification, just reply to this thread asking me about the item in particular.
Be sure to specify exactly what you want, as that will be what you will get. There is no level restriction (a level 23 user may ask me to make a level 150 A.I. for their little mice drone and I wouldn´t deny their request based purely on their level) but the payment for the item will rise according to what is asked of me. If you want that level 150, above-human A.I, you better prepare to pay about 500.000.000 Berri for it. Level 23 things would go from 100.000 Berri to 200.000, and the price would continue to rise from that minimum as things on higher levels are asked.
After you ask me to make something for you, I´ll post back detailing the exact price for what you wish, and you may take your time to get that money before replying again to confirm the deal. The money will be taken from your account into my own, and the item will be in your bio, before I officially declare the deal Finished.
Consequences of misuse include me personally appearing in your location looking for you (sucks to have so much range of Observation Haki, huh?) or sending one of my higher-level officers to deal with you, in a lethal or non-lethal way; it may also include capture, torture, permanent body modification including loss of limbs and/or organs, experimentation, and ultimately the loss of the character or its transformation into an NPC until they are freed by another faction, if they even survive that much. Bottom line is, do NOT mess with this vote of trust towards you, or there WILL be consequences, and you will most probably not like them. Do not kill innocent people with my inventions, do not aid the World Government with my inventions, do not cause permanent harm to the world or any island with my inventions, do not use my inventions for anything else than to deal with people who have harmed innocent ones, against the World Government or any of their allies, or for mundane, harmless tasks. Finally, DO NOT ask me for inhuman weapons. Yes, I can make a bio-engineered alligator that will probably kill people in one chomp or maim them similarly, but I will not make Napalm or other kinds of weapons that would torture the people on the wrong side of it on almost every use; ask me for weapons that hurt or kill, but not for torture devices or things that make death a slow and tortuous process.
Yes, I know I´ve broken the fourth wall a few times now, speaking about levels and NPCs, but this is OOC and I may do as I please in this realm. Other than that, feel free to contact me for any private deals if you wouldn´t want to make your purchase public (a PM would do) and I will see you whenever you need that extra oomph in your devices or body.
